1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Linked Corners, a Delaware company (“Linked Corners,” “we,” “us”), which operates the Rabbithole mobile app and this website (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country if that is higher. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms, including any purchase.
3. Your account
You need an account to use Rabbithole. Give us an accurate email address, keep your password and devices secure, and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at info@thegoodmanagers.com if you think someone else has accessed it.
4. Free and Pro
Free. A free account can start up to 5 new lessons and 1 review session per day, reset at midnight in your time zone, and includes the other features described in the app.
Rabbithole Pro is a paid subscription that removes the daily limits and unlocks Pro features, such as splitting a rabbithole into sub-maps and AI-named folders. What each plan includes is shown in the app before you buy.
We may change what each plan includes, including the free limits. If a change reduces what you get from a subscription you have already paid for, it will not apply until your next renewal, and we will tell you before it does. We may also apply fair-use limits that stop automated or abusive use, including on Pro.
5. Subscriptions and billing
- Where you pay. Pro is sold as an in-app subscription through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Your store charges you, in your local currency, at the price shown at checkout. Your store’s terms also apply to the purchase.
- Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly or yearly) and you are charged again, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- Cancelling.Cancel at any time from your store’s subscription settings (on Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions). You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.
- Free trials and offers. If a trial or discount is offered, its terms are shown before you accept. Unless you cancel before a trial ends, the paid subscription starts automatically.
- Price changes. If the price changes, your store notifies you in advance as its rules require, and you can cancel before it applies.
- Refunds. Payments are handled by the store, so refunds follow the store’s refund policy. If something went wrong, write to us too — we will help where we can. Nothing here limits refund rights you have under the law where you live.
6. AI-generated content
Lessons, quizzes, links, sub-maps and video picks are generated automatically by artificial intelligence. They can be incomplete, out of date, or simply wrong, and two people asking the same thing may get different answers.
Rabbithole is a tool for curiosity and learning, not a source of professional advice. Nothing in it is medical, legal, financial, safety or other professional advice. Check anything important against reliable sources, and do not rely on the Service for decisions where a mistake could cause harm.
7. Your content
You keep the rights you have in the topics and questions you enter (“your content”). You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit and display your content — including sending it to the service providers named in our Privacy Policy — only as needed to run the Service for you. This license ends when you delete your content or your account, except for copies in backups that expire on their own.
As between you and us, you may use the lessons generated for you for any lawful personal purpose. Please do not enter other people’s personal information, or sensitive information about yourself, into Rabbithole.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law, or use the Service to harm, harass or deceive anyone;
- try to generate content that is illegal, sexually exploits minors, promotes violence, or gives instructions for serious harm;
- get around usage limits or paywalls — for example with multiple accounts, scripts, or by calling our servers outside the app;
- scrape, copy at scale, resell or sublicense the Service or its output as a product of your own;
- probe, disrupt or overload our systems, or reverse engineer the app except where the law allows it despite this restriction;
- impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your connection with anyone.
9. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties — among them Anthropic, Google (including YouTube and Google Play), Apple and RevenueCat. Video suggestions use YouTube API Services, and by using them you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Videos and other third-party content belong to their owners; we do not control them and are not responsible for them.
10. Our rights
The Service — its software, design, text, graphics and the Rabbithole name and marks — belongs to Linked Corners and its licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own non-commercial learning, in line with these Terms. If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything.
11. Ending your use
You can stop using Rabbithole at any time, and delete your account in the app under More → Account → Delete account (see how account deletion works). We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or put the Service or other people at risk, and we will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it. We may also discontinue the Service; if we do, we will give reasonable notice. Sections 6, 7 (second paragraph), and 10 to 15 survive the end of these Terms.
12. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will be accurate.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Linked Corners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from or related to the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50.
Some places do not allow these exclusions or limits. Where that is the case, they apply only to the extent permitted, and nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. Indemnity
If you use the Service in breach of these Terms or the law and a third party brings a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from that claim, to the extent the law allows.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another country whose law gives you the right to bring claims in your local courts or under your local consumer law, you keep that right.
Before filing a claim, please email us — most problems can be solved quickly and informally.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, the new Terms apply; if you do not agree, stop using the Service and delete your account.
If any part of these Terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
