From the app
Open Rabbithole, go to More → Account → Delete account, and confirm twice. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
By email
If you can no longer sign in, email info@thegoodmanagers.com from the address on the account. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm once it is done.
Cancel Rabbithole Pro first
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription — your app store bills it, not us. On Android, cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions before deleting your account.
What gets deleted
- Your email address, password hash and Google sign-in link.
- Every rabbithole, lesson, folder, quiz result, streak and badge stored on your account.
- Your daily usage counts and your subscription status record.
All of it is removed from our live database at once — nothing is kept for analytics or advertising, and none of it is sold or shared. Server logs and backups, where they exist, expire on their own within 30 days. Purchase records held by Google Play or the App Store are kept by them under their own policies. On your device
The app also keeps a local copy of your map so it opens quickly. It is cleared when your account is deleted or you sign out, and uninstalling the app removes everything.
